Plan product posts before publishing
A caption can read differently once it appears beside the actual product image,
account name and engagement elements. The preview helps sellers and content teams
inspect the combined presentation before copying the caption into a publishing tool.
- Check whether the opening sentence communicates the main idea quickly.
- See how line breaks affect a longer product caption.
- Review visible hashtags and account mentions.
- Compare square, portrait and landscape image crops.
Preview without connecting an account
The tool does not publish posts, schedule content or request access to a social
account. Local files are displayed through a temporary browser URL and are cleared
when the page is closed or reset.
A public image URL can also be previewed, although the remote website may block
outside image loading. In that case, download the image and choose the local file instead.
How to preview an Instagram or Facebook post
Step 1
Add account details
Enter the store or creator name and optionally add a local profile image or public logo URL.
Step 2
Add the post content
Choose a product image, select the preview crop and write the caption with any hashtags or mentions.
Step 3
Compare both layouts
Switch between the Instagram and Facebook-style tabs and revise the image or copy as needed.
Prepare the image before previewing
The media-shape buttons change only the visible crop inside the mockup. They do not
create a new image file. Crop and resize the original image first when you need a
publish-ready asset with exact dimensions.
Compressing large product images can also make uploads and page delivery faster without
changing the caption or preview workflow.
Keep the caption readable
Start with the product, announcement or reason for the post. Break dense text into short
paragraphs and use hashtags only when they help categorize the content. Platform interfaces
and limits can change, so confirm current publishing requirements inside the destination app.
Social post preview questions
Does this tool publish or schedule social media posts?
No. It creates a visual planning preview only. Copy the finished caption and upload the
prepared image through your normal social platform or scheduling service.
Are local product images uploaded to the website?
No server upload is used by this page. A selected local image is displayed through a
temporary browser URL and remains on the device running the preview.
Why does a remote image URL sometimes fail to appear?
Some websites prevent their images from being embedded on other domains, the URL may
require authentication, or the address may not point directly to an image. Use a local
image file when a remote URL cannot be loaded.
Does the square or portrait option crop my original file?
No. It changes only the visible mockup. Use the image crop tool to export a permanent
square, portrait or landscape version of the source image.
Is the preview identical to the live Instagram or Facebook interface?
No. It is an approximate planning layout. Social platforms regularly change spacing,
controls, truncation and interface details, so review the final post inside the destination
platform before publishing.
